Awake and feeling better

Jacob was awake for a little while this afternoon, a couple of hours actually.  The first time we tried to feed him after his meds started to wear off, he took 2 oz, burped and feel back asleep.  He also had a wet diaper, so that's good too.  They want him to be eating 3oz every 3 hours, so we are trying our best to get him up to that, because if not, they will put a feeding tube down his nose and into his belly.  :(  We just got all the tubes out, so I would really hate to see one go back in.

The second time he woke up, about 3:30, he only ate an ounce, and had another wet diaper.  We'll see how he does at his 6:30 feeding.  After he ate, he stayed awake for a while and we played with him, then I held him for a little while.  He was a little cold and rubbing his eyes like he was sleepy, so we put his PJs on him - the first time he had clothes on since 7am on Monday - laid him back in bed and played with him a little more.  Daddy was getting him to smile the whole time.  Now he is napping peacefully.
