Starting my blog....

I am starting this blog after reading a blog of a family that has gone through something similar to what we are now facing. (I would like to thank the Luphers for sharing their story with us!) Jacob is having open heart surgery...in two and a half weeks. I thought I was ready for it, but when I think about how close it is, it just makes me nervous. I just wanted to get this started and I will post later with information about his condition and will update it as time passes.
