Two weeks until Jacob's surgery...its coming up fast!! I've been trying to get lists together and get organized for when we will be in the hospital and it helps keep my mind busy during the 5-10 minutes of free time during my day. Been trying to work as much as possible to get a little extra money in the bank before I take off from work. So I've been really busy lately and it helps to keep me from worrying.
Jacob is a little sick right now. :( He has a touch of laryngitis, but he's been taking his medicine like a good boy so he should be over that soon. He can't be sick or his surgery date will get bumped and we don't want that to happen, We are ready to get this taken care of and get on the road to recovery.
On happier notes - Kayla went to a birthday party on Sunday to Sweet and Sassy and had a blast. She got to dress up like a princess and have her hair, make-up and nails done. All the girls at the party had a blast. Now I just have to figure out what to do for her birthday...its this Saturday. Obviously I've been preoccupied, but I'll figure something out.

We also had some out of town friends come to visit us over the past few days. It was really great to see them. Haven't seen them since our wedding (which was a little over a year ago!!) or before that. They all got to see the boys and tell them how handsome they were, and of course the boys just ate it up! They are cute, and they know it...lol.
PS - I started writing this on Monday....just finished it...lol.
